Job summary

Based at the client’s premises in Kista, this onsite role covers fault reporting, CMMS data management, reactive maintenance coordination, and collaboration with service providers to ensure timely resolution and smooth campus operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
• Log fault reports and create work orders in the CMMS.

• Communicate with stakeholders and update on planned works and timelines.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and report fault trends.
