Camphouse is seeking two Customer Success Managers to join our Stockholm headquarters and support onboarding for international clients. You will guide thousands of users across markets and ensure the platform delivers real value within a fast-growing company shaping marketing operations.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or in Project Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience coordinating large, cross-functional projects and international teams.
• Strong English communication and a structured, proactive working style.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage client projects across multiple international markets.
• Lead onboarding, trainings, and regular status meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Gather user needs, translate into product requirements, and support UAT and feedback loops.
