Job summary

SSC Space is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment in Sweden, collaborating with hiring managers across SSC Space. The role combines high-volume operational recruitment with sourcing for technical and specialist positions, interviewing, planning and stakeholder management.

You will work with candidates globally while office-based in Sweden (Solna Strand or Kiruna) and contribute to employer branding and recruitment improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing multiple recruitment processes in parallel.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other relevant channels.
• The ability to communicate professionally in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for SSC Space in Sweden, from initial meeting with the hiring manager through competency-based interviews and selection to the final offer.
• Work closely with hiring managers, providing clear recommendations, setting expectations and supporting them in making well-informed recruitment decisions.
• Manage a high volume of parallel recruitments while maintaining structure, momentum and quality throughout each process.
• Proactively source candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build and maintain relevant candidate pipelines for recurring and business-critical competence needs.
• Ensure a professional, consistent and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up recruitment goals and contribute insights based on recruitment data and day-to-day experience.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, student relations and other recruitment-related activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in HR and our international Talent Acquisition community.
