Job summary

SSC Space is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment in Sweden, collaborating with hiring managers across SSC Space. The role combines high-volume operational recruitment with sourcing for technical and specialist positions, interviewing, planning and stakeholder management.

You will work with candidates globally while office-based in Sweden (Solna Strand or Kiruna) and contribute to employer branding and recruitment improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing multiple recruitment processes in parallel.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other relevant channels.
• The ability to communicate professionally in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for SSC Space in Sweden, from initial meeting with the hiring manager through competency-based interviews and selection to the final offer.
• Work closely with hiring managers, providing clear recommendations, setting expectations and supporting them in making well-informed recruitment decisions.
• Manage a high volume of parallel recruitments while maintaining structure, momentum and quality throughout each process.
• Proactively source candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build and maintain relevant candidate pipelines for recurring and business-critical competence needs.
• Ensure a professional, consistent and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up recruitment goals and contribute insights based on recruitment data and day-to-day experience.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, student relations and other recruitment-related activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in HR and our international Talent Acquisition community.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage recruitments from start to finish in close collaboration with hiring managers across SSC Space in Sweden. While the positions are based in Sweden, you will work with candidates from around the world and collaborate with hiring managers located both in Sweden and internationally. The role combines a high volume of operational recruitment with targeted sourcing for technical and specialist positions.

This is an opportunity to further develop your recruitment skills in an international company with complex competence needs. Your main focus will be interviewing, sourcing, stakeholder management and recruitment planning, while continuously identifying ways to improve how we work.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing multiple recruitment processes in parallel within a technology-driven organization, including regular communication with candidates and close collaboration with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other relevant channels.
• The ability to communicate professionally in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
• A structured way of working and the ability to plan, prioritize and follow up on several parallel processes.
• A genuine interest in developing your skills further within recruitment, interviewing and sourcing.

A relevant academic background is valuable but not a requirement.

To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy the practical, day-to-day work of recruitment. You take responsibility for keeping processes moving, build trust with both hiring managers and candidates, follow up when needed and you are comfortable giving clear recommendations to hiring managers.
