You will champion diversity and ensure a professional, transparent candidate journey. Based onsite with potential hybrid options, you will collaborate across People & Culture and operations to align hiring with business needs

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer.
• Ability to craft compelling job advertisements and attract top talent.
• Track record of building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Strong collaboration with hiring leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Own the recruitment process end-to-end, partnering with hiring leaders and stakeholders across SAS.
• Create compelling job advertisements and proactively source candidates through multiple channels.
• Build strong talent pipelines that support current and future hiring demands.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with airline operations, People & Culture, and business leaders to meet talent needs.
• Drive continuous recruitment process improvements and champion diversity and inclusive hiring.
