Job summary

SSC Space AB is seeking a Customer Service/Account Delivery professional to act as the main contact for named customers across contracts. You will prepare performance reviews, support renewals, and manage scope changes while coordinating with sales, engineering, and operations.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently within a team. The position is based in Kiruna with an option to work from Solna, Stockholm for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field or equivalent experience managing technical customer accounts.
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical or service-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of technical systems and operational instructions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities; highly structured and organized approach.
• Business-oriented mindset with a customer focus; strong analytical abilities; able to interpret technical data.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EU citizenship is required due to high security classification; valid driver's license.
• Preferred: Contract management experience; JIRA.

• Prepare and deliver regular internal and external performance reports; conduct service reviews and support contract renewal preparations.
• Identify and manage scope creep; evaluate and manage additional requests appropriately.
• Coordinate incident management, follow up on service-related incidents, and ensure timely incident reporting to customers.
• Oversee contract fulfilment and adherence to service commitments throughout the lifecycle; support invoicing accuracy and service lifecycle transitions.
• Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, operations, and management; trigger escalation processes as needed; drive service review actions to completion.

Overview

SSC Space is a technology and space-focused organization serving space agencies, research institutes, and commercial customers. We offer expertise in satellite communications, space consulting, rocket and balloon systems, flight test services, satellite propulsion, and related services. SSC Space operates a large global network of satellite ground stations and owns the Esrange Space Center in Kiruna, Sweden, with an aim to launch satellites in the future.
