Job summary

Sway Sourcing seeks a Site Service Coordinator to oversee and coordinate site support for a major industrial construction project in northern Sweden. You will ensure services are planned, ordered, delivered and monitored within scope, budget and quality standards, while connecting the site services with main contractors and providers on-site.

Role combines day-to-day coordination, contractor management and commercial follow-up, with regular on-site presence to monitor delivery, resolve issues

Qualifications

• Relevant technical or commercial education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating contractors and suppliers, including planning, ordering, delivery follow-up and performance monitoring.
• Experience in cost control, invoice verification, documentation and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate site support services for the construction project.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers, bridging the site services with main contractors and service providers.
• Monitor delivery, address operational issues and maintain documentation, cost tracking and performance reporting.
• Maintain strong on-site presence to ensure alignment with scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and quality requirements and contract obligations.
