Job summary

NCC is seeking a Construction Supervisor for a prominent project in northern Sweden. This on-site role requires close collaboration with the Site Manager and a skilled team to drive production and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

We value candidates with strong leadership, 3+ years in similar roles, and the ability to manage subcontractors. Swedish and English proficiency, plus a Category B driving licence, are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or equivalent site leadership role.
• Experience from construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Experience in leading or coordinating work on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, health & safety, and production processes.
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work within your area of responsibility.
• Plan and coordinate production together with the Site Manager and project team.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the schedule, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Conduct and follow up on daily safety briefings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resources.
• Participate in the selection of construction methods and contributing to project progress.
• Support the Site Manager with planning, risk management, and project follow-up.
