Job summary

NCC is seeking a Construction Supervisor for a high-profile project in northern Sweden. The role requires leading a skilled team on-site, coordinating with the Site Manager and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence on a large-scale ore sorting plant project in Gällivare.

The position is based on-site in Gällivare with travel within Sweden as needed. Strong leadership, language skills in Swedish and English, and a valid driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Construction Supervisor or similar site leadership role.
• Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, health & safety, and production processes.
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work within your area of responsibility.
• Plan and coordinate production with Site Manager and project team.
• Ensure work follows schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct and follow up on daily safety briefings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resources.
• Support planning, risk management, and project follow-up.
