Job summary

NCC is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead on-site activities for a major project in northern Sweden. You will manage daily operations, coordinate trades, and ensure timely delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on site management, and experience with industrial construction projects. Situated in Gällivare with travel within Sweden as needed; NCC supports relocation and accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or equivalent site leadership role.
Experience from construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Experience leading or coordinating work on construction sites.
Strong understanding of construction operations, health & safety, and production processes.
Good command of Swedish and English (spoken and written).
A valid Category B driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and allocate work within your area of responsibility.
Plan and coordinate production with the Site Manager and project team.
Ensure work is carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
Conduct and follow up on daily safety briefings.
Coordinate subcontractors and resources.
Participate in selection of construction methods and contribute to project progress.
Support the Site Manager with planning, risk management, and project follow-up.
