Job summary

Sway Sourcing Sweden Aktiebolag in Luleå is seeking a Site Service Coordinator to oversee and coordinate site support services for a major industrial construction project in northern Sweden. You will ensure services are planned, ordered, delivered and monitored within scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.

The role combines on-site coordination, contractor liaison and commercial follow-up, connecting the site services team with construction contractors and service providers.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical or commercial education, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in service coordination or construction support.
• Experience in owner’s team or client organisation on industrial/construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and suppliers for planning, ordering and follow-up.
• Experience with temporary utilities, waste management or site support activities.
• Familiarity with Swedish contracts, procurement and follow-up.
• Cost control, invoice verification, reporting and KPI tracking.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; on-site coordination capability.
• Health, safety, environment and quality awareness; client interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site services, plan, order, deliver and monitor within scope and budget.
• Connect site services with main construction contractors and service providers.
• Monitor delivery, address operational issues and maintain documentation and cost tracking.
• Provide performance reporting and KPI tracking for site services.
• Maintain on-site presence to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.
