Job summary

Sway Sourcing seeks a Site Service Coordinator to oversee and coordinate site support for a major industrial construction project in northern Sweden. You will ensure services are planned, ordered, delivered and monitored within scope, budget and quality standards, while connecting the site services with main contractors and providers on-site.

Role combines day-to-day coordination, contractor management and commercial follow-up, with regular on-site presence to monitor delivery, resolve issues

Job description

We are seeking a Site Service Coordinator to oversee and coordinate site support services for a major industrial construction project in northern Sweden.

As part of the client’s project team, you will ensure that assigned services are planned, ordered, delivered and monitored in line with agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.

The position combines day-to-day coordination, contractor management and commercial follow-up. You will connect the site services organisation with main construction contractors and service providers. Regular on-site presence is essential to monitor delivery, address operational issues and maintain reliable documentation, cost tracking and performance reporting.

Services may include temporary power and water, waste management, machinery support, road maintenance, dust control, snow clearance, equipment rental and other construction site support.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant technical or commercial education, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in service coordination, contractor management or construction support, ideally within industrial or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience working as part of an owner’s team or client organisation on industrial, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate contractors and suppliers, covering planning, ordering, delivery follow-up and performance monitoring.
• Experience coordinating temporary utilities, waste management, machinery services or comparable site support activities.
• Good understanding of service scopes, agreements, work orders, call-offs and commercial contractual obligations.
• Familiarity with Swedish construction contracts, procurement procedures and commercial follow-up.
• Experience in cost control, invoice verification, documentation, reporting and KPI tracking.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate several service areas at once.
• A structured, proactive and practical approach, with the ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
• Good awareness of health, safety, environment and quality requirements, including contractor responsibilities and interfaces with the client’s project team.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Availability for regular on-site work in Luleå.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience developing or improving service delivery processes, reporting procedures and contractor performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with digital procurement, cost management and reporting tools, such as SAP, Kubicom, Power BI or equivalent systems.
• Experience coordinating the mobilisation, demobilisation and handover of temporary site services across different construction phases.
• Swedish language skills.
