Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Lead for a site-based role in Sweden. You will own planning governance, review EPCM and contractor schedules, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for the project area.

You will collaborate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and contractor teams to provide schedule analysis, forecasting, and proactive issue resolution. This role requires working at the construction site and coordinating across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
Experience managing integrated schedules in large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies.

Responsibilities

Act as Owner's focal point for planning and scheduling within the area.
Review and challenge EPCM and contractor schedules for quality and compliance.
Maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and align with milestones.
Integrate EPCM, contractor, and stakeholder schedules into the area IMS.
Provide schedule updates, forecasts, and risk-based insights.
Support site execution through coordination with construction and engineering teams.
