Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead planning for large-scale data centre projects across Sweden and Europe. You will develop, maintain, and control integrated schedules using Primavera P6, aligning baselines across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning stages.

Qualifications

• Extensive planning engineer experience in construction, MEP, or building services.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise and CPM-based planning skills.
• Strong project controls knowledge and programme management principles.
• Experience with recovery programmes, delay analysis, and scheduling risk.
• Experience in multidisciplinary, multinational projects and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English, engineering or construction degree, professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines for engineering, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Create Level 3/4 programmes and monitor progress against milestones.
• Produce weekly/monthly programme reports for teams and clients.
• Conduct critical path analysis and mitigate schedule risks.
• Lead planning reviews and support commercial extension of time discussions.
• Provide progress measurement, earned value reporting, and look-ahead planning.
• Collaborate with project leadership across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
