Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment seeks an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning across major construction and data centre projects in Sweden. You will own the planning function from pre-construction through handover, embedding robust programme controls and reporting standards.

Based in Sweden with flexibility on project locations and occasional travel, you will collaborate with Project Directors, Construction Managers, and clients to provide strategic planning leadership and accurate schedule

Qualifications

• Significant planning and project controls experience at senior/management level.
• Proven experience managing complex construction programmes from pre-construction to handover.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience with Level 2–4 programme development and integration of multi-discipline activities.
• Knowledge of CPM, baselines, forecasting, and schedule analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning function across major construction, MEP, and data centre projects.
• Develop and oversee integrated programmes using Primavera P6.
• Establish planning strategies, procedures, and reporting standards.
• Manage Level 2–4 programmes and robust baselines for engineering, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Lead schedule reviews with senior management and clients; provide forecasts and recovery strategies.
