Job summary

Gazelle Global in Göteborg, Sweden, is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Track Lead / Product Owner to own end-to-end ITOM capabilities, CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping. The role combines hands-on ITOM expertise with product ownership and vendor delivery leadership across integrations.

You will translate business requirements into epics and user stories, lead Agile ceremonies, and ensure scalable, secure, upgrade-friendly solutions aligned with platform objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB/CSDM expertise.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery validates skills around Discovery configuration, patterns, troubleshooting, CMDB maintenance and operational readiness.
• Strong ServiceNow platform, integration and troubleshooting capability.
• Proven Technical/Track Lead or Product Owner experience with excellent stakeholder and vendor leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the ITOM roadmap, backlog, prioritization and delivery, aligned with business and platform objectives.
• Provide technical leadership across Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, Service Mapping, MID Servers, Event Management/AIOps and integrations.
• Lead solution design and challenge architecture, configuration and customization approaches.
• Drive CMDB data quality, CI identification/reconciliation, service visibility and Discovery reliability.
• Lead vendor developers, consultants, BAs and testers, ensuring technical quality, delivery discipline and accountability.
• Translate business and operational requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, dependency management and technical debt remediation.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and upgrade-friendly.

ServiceNow ITOM Track Lead / Product Owner

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Track Lead / Product Owner to provide end-to-end technical and product ownership across ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management/AIOps and integrations.

Not a purely functional Product Owner or Project Management role but the candidate must combine deep ServiceNow ITOM technical expertise, product ownership and vendor delivery leadership.

• Proven Technical/Track Lead or Product Owner experience with excellent stakeholder and vendor leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications:

CSA, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Data Foundations (CMDB/CSDM) and relevant ITOM certifications.
