Job summary

HCL Technologies Sweden AB in Gothenburg seeks an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the architecture, governance and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions on the Swedish market. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure platform solutions and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to define roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of experience designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
