Job summary

Jobtailor in Sweden is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to build and maintain procurement IT applications on the ServiceNow platform, and to implement AI‑driven use cases such as AI‑powered search, recommendations, automation, and data enrichment.

You will develop integrations using REST APIs, work with data from multiple sources, and collaborate with architects and the team to design solutions while supporting the Product Owner in balancing lifecycle management and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills and ServiceNow scripting.
• Frontend tech familiarity: HTML/CSS/AngularJS.
• Experience with REST APIs and data integration.
• Familiarity with data lake technologies and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Procurement IT apps on ServiceNow.
• Implement AI-driven use cases (AI-powered search, recommendations, automation, data enrichment).
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and other platforms.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into the data platform.
• Collaborate on high-level/ detailed solution designs.
• Support stakeholders and Product Owner with lifecycle management and regulatory needs.
• Contribute to full development lifecycle from analysis to maintenance.
• Manage update sets, instance cloning, and version upgrades across environments.
