Job summary

Ampstek Sweden is seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to design and implement enterprise IT service management solutions. You will work on scripting, Flow Designer and workflows, and integrations to translate business needs into solid ServiceNow designs.

You will leverage CMDB expertise, domain separation, and experience with highly customized instances, ITSM and CSM processes, and co-location services to deliver robust ServiceNow platforms for clients.

Qualifications

• Certification in ServiceNow Administrator or Application Developer is required.
• Strong knowledge of Domain Separation environments.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development including scripting, Flow Designer and workflow development, and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow design and implementation tasks.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with CMDB.
• Experience working with highly customized ServiceNow instances.
• Knowledge of Co-location Services.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and CSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow designs and implementations.
• Develop in ServiceNow with scripting, Flow Designer/workflows and integrations.
• Maintain and enhance CMDB and ITSM/CSM processes in customized instances.
• Work with databases and SQL to support data integrations.
• Collaborate to implement co-location services where required.
