Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM Lead & Integration SME) to lead end-to-end ServiceNow development and integration projects for a telecom client. You will architect scalable solutions and drive platform improvements.

The role requires CSA certification and 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with deep ITSM knowledge. You will design REST/SOAP integrations, manage CMDB/CSDM, and collaborate with architects and PMs to deliver proposals and upgrades.

Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Experience with ITSM modules and platform customization.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
Experience with CMDB/CSDM governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation projects for a telecom client.
Architect and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
Lead ITSM transformation initiatives and process automation programs.
Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
Support platform upgrades and new feature adoption.
