Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM Lead & Integration SME) to lead end-to-end ServiceNow development and integration projects for a telecom client. You will architect scalable solutions and drive platform improvements.

The role requires CSA certification and 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with deep ITSM knowledge. You will design REST/SOAP integrations, manage CMDB/CSDM, and collaborate with architects and PMs to deliver proposals and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM modules and platform customization.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM governance and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation projects with Telecom client
• Architect and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Lead ITSM transformation initiatives and process automation programs.
• Develop advanced solutions using:
• Flow Designer
• Integration Hub
• Scripted REST APIs
• Service Portal
• Custom Applications
• Drive CMDB governance, data quality, and integration strategies.
• Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers.
• Estimate effort, prepare technical design documents, and support solution proposals.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support platform upgrades and new feature adoption.

Required Skills
