Job summary

Accenture Nordics is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications across client environments. The role focuses on CMDB governance, data integrity, and scalable platform management to deliver robust, automated solutions in a dynamic, international setting.

You will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, implement integrations via Integration Hub, and contribute to continuous platform improvements while staying current with ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, SecOps, HR) preferred.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow core functionalities and CMDB architecture.
• Proficiency with workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Build and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions aligned with best practices.
• CMDB & CSDM Experience: Configure and maintain CMDB structures, enforce data integrity, and implement CSDM standards.
• Platform Management: Ensure stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive administration and optimization.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Integration: Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using Integration Hub and APIs.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver continuous improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, CMDB/CSDM enhancements, and related technologies.
