Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as the trusted technical authority for Risk & Resilience within the ServiceNow platform. You will shape the technical direction of the domain, align solutions with architectural standards, and ensure long-term business objectives are met.

You will operate within the Platform Architecture & Governance team, translating validated business needs into scalable, secure solutions while safeguarding platform integrity and guiding engineers and partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale solutions within ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Risk, Security or Resilience-related ServiceNow capabilities.
• Proven track record of platform transformation and reducing technical debt.

As the solution architect for this domain, you’ll be the trusted technical authority for Risk & Resilience within our ServiceNow platform. The Risk & Resilience domain contains several capabilities related to Governance, Risk and Compliance. You’ll shape the technical direction of the domain while ensuring every solution aligns with architectural standards, platform strategy and long‑term business objectives.

You operate within the Platform Architecture & Governance team, translating validated business needs into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions while safeguarding platform integrity.

Your decisions directly influence platform stability, scalability, cost efficiency, automation levels and user experience.

Location

This role is based in Sandviken or at World Trade Center in Stockholm.

Your Profile

You combine a passion for architecture with a strong interest in the business outcomes technology enables.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing enterprise‑scale solutions within ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of Risk, Security or Resilience‑related ServiceNow capabilities
• A proven track record of driving platform transformation and reducing technical debt
• Strong understanding of platform governance, quality controls and lifecycle management
• Ability to contribute to cost estimations and articulate technical and commercial impacts
• Relevant academic background or equivalent experience in IT operations or service management
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS (CTA or clear path to CTA is a plus)
