Job summary

Sway Sourcing is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft professional to own the ongoing support, maintenance, and development of the existing PeopleSoft environment in Stockholm.

You will ensure stable day-to-day operations, lead incident resolution, and drive enhancements while supporting the transition toward Workday and maintaining current HR platform stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development, support, and maintenance.
• Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and Application Designer.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Proven ability to lead incident resolution, problem management, and solution patching.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership, while collaborating effectively across business and IT.
• Proactive, self-driven, and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to support the transition towards Workday while ensuring continuity of the existing PeopleSoft solution.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft professional to take ownership of the ongoing support, maintenance, and development of the existing PeopleSoft environment. The role is focused on ensuring stable day-to-day operations, resolving incidents and technical issues, and delivering necessary enhancements to the platform.

The consultant will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams, taking a hands-on role in incident resolution, problem management, solution patches, and continuous improvements. An important part of the assignment will also be to support the organisation during its transition towards Workday, while maintaining the stability and reliability of the current HR platform throughout the transition.

Required Experience & Skills
