Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter with Swedish to support our client with full end-to-end recruitment across Europe, partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders. The role follows a hybrid model in Landskrona or Stockholm, three days per week.

You will source, assess, negotiate offers, and maintain strong candidate experience while building talent pipelines and delivering recruitment across diverse functions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in-house, agency, or RPO.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers across functions and European markets to develop hiring strategies.
• Deliver recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice on talent availability and salary expectations.
• Build talent pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
