Job summary

The Ripple Effect in Stockholm seeks an experienced TA Partner/Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for Swedish tech and AI clients. You will attract and source top B2B talent, collaborating with hiring managers and fellow TA colleagues to move fast without compromising quality.

You should have strong English, Swedish is a plus, and a track record of global hiring is a bonus. This role requires residence in the Stockholm area; relocation or visa support is not provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a TA consultant, in-house recruiter in tech, or executive search/headhunting.
• Experience with tech/AI/SaaS companies in Sweden, in-house or client-side.
• Experience recruiting B2B/commercial roles for tech/AI/SaaS companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from role intake to candidate offer.
• Attract, source and hire stellar profiles in B2B tech/AI/SaaS space.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and fellow TA colleagues to maintain pace.

Your curious nature pushes you to explore new things like AI-tools, hiring trends and market shifts. You do enjoy driving your own processes, as well as having a tight collaboration with hiring managers + fellow TA's, not to lose pace.

The specifics:

• You have a minumum of 3 years of experience as a TA-consultant, Inhouse recruiter in tech companies or in Executive search/headhunting

• You have experience working with tech/AI/SaaS companies in Sweden, either inhouse or as your clients

• You have experience with recruiting B2B/commercial roles for tech/AI/SaaS companies

• You feel right at home driving your own processes, end-to-end, from grasping the contents of the roles, why they are needed, to finding and attracting the right talent, ensuring a smooooth experience

• You do not have to be a SoMe superstar, or even enjoy being in front of the camera, but you understand how to genrate content for LinkedIn to help attract desired talent to your pipelines

• You are fluent in english. Swedish is also nice to have
