Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking an experienced engineering recruiter embedded with a global technology client in Kista. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape hiring decisions.

This fast-paced role suits someone who thrives on multiple searches and data-driven hiring decisions. This role requires 5+ years in engineering/tech hiring, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn, and recruitment

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in full lifecycle recruitment, ideally in engineering or tech hiring.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with recruitment data and presenting it clearly.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, varied portfolio of roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven track record of hiring in Sweden.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Swedish fluency preferred.

Location: Kista, Stockholm, Sweden (on site at our global client's offices at least 3 days per week)

Start: Immediate Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term

The role

We're looking for an experienced engineering recruiter to join our team embedded with a global technology client in Kista. You'll own the full recruitment process across a varied portfolio of engineering roles. You'll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, using data to shape hiring decisions. This role suits someone who works well at pace, enjoys juggling multiple searches, and is confident challenging stakeholders when it's the right thing for the hire.

What you'll do

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for a range of engineering roles, from intake to offer and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations and agree on hiring strategies
• Proactively source and engage engineering talent through LinkedIn, job boards, your own networks and the ATS
• Assess CVs and interview candidates against technical and behavioral requirements
• Manage all candidate communication and give them a consistently strong experience
• Present hiring data and market insight to stakeholders, and challenge them constructively on timelines, requirements and decisions where needed
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Work alongside the wider LevelUP team to deliver hiring plans and continuously improve the process

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, ideally in engineering or technology hiring, gained in-house, in an RPO/onsite model or in an agency
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise, influence and push back with senior hiring managers
• Comfort working with recruitment data and presenting it clearly
• The ability to manage a varied, high-volume portfolio of roles in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, plus good organisation and project management skills
• Proven track record of hiring into Sweden successfully
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with fluency in Swedish
• Sound judgement and discretion with confidential information
