Job summary

Legora is seeking a senior strategic accounts advisor to own high‑value client relationships and lead technical escalations. You will maintain the health of complex accounts, drive post‑incident reviews, and define scalable processes to ensure consistent delivery across teams.

You’ll partner with executives and engineers alike, translating risk into actionable improvements while ensuring data, security, and workflows stay aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience owning strategic, high‑value B2B accounts.
• Led incident response or major escalations end‑to‑end.
• Communicates clearly with executives and engineers.
• Builds scalable frameworks, not quick fixes.
• Background in legal AI or regulated professional services is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship: maintain technical health and continuity for Strategic Accounts.
• Lead in a crisis: incident lead on Sev1/Sev2 events; drive resolution and post‑incident reviews.
• Define escalation criteria and cross‑team interfaces to ensure consistency.
• Maintain the single source of truth for each account’s data, integrations, security, and context.
• Run technical reviews and enablement sessions to deepen product usage.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers on quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate escalations with Platform Consultants and the Technical Platform Expert.
• Stay close to signals by owning high‑stakes cases in the L2 queue.
