Job summary

Legora AB seeks a Senior Engagement Team Lead to build and lead a high-impact team within our Engagement org, guiding top law firms and corporations through multi-year change-management programs with measurable ROI.

You’ll design adoption playbooks, align stakeholders, and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, and Engineering to deliver sustained value and client outcomes, while you lead by example on the highest-stakes accounts.

Qualifications

• Consulting or transformation background with change-management experience.
• Experience building standards and rhythms for scalable transformation roadmaps.
• 8+ years in management consulting, customer success, or related field with 3+ years leading client-facing teams.
• Track record of driving adoption, retention, and client outcomes.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders in complex industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that owns post-sale experience across onboarding, adoption and value realization.
• Design client adoption playbooks, stakeholder maps and target outcomes.
• Build operating rhythms and coordinate multi-portfolio adoption initiatives.
• Coach teams to act as strategic advisors and engage executive sponsors.
