Job summary

Legora is transforming how legal work gets done, centering Engagement to help the world’s top law firms and corporations adopt Legora. We seek an experienced Senior Engagement Team Lead to build a team that delivers multi-year change programs and ensures adoption and ROI.

You will design client adoption playbooks, set operating rhythms, coach senior teams, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing and Support.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations.
Ability to build and implement adoption roadmaps and playbooks at scale.
Proven track record coaching senior stakeholders and executives.
Strong leadership and coaching of multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Set the standard for client adoption playbooks and outcomes.
Build operating rhythms and sequencing for firm-wide adoption.
Coach teams to act as strategic advisors to engage executive sponsors.
Drive value realization through structured operating cadences.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (GTM, Product, Legal Eng., Eng., Marketing, Support).
Partner with GTM on commercial moments and expansions; lead renewals.
Translate client feedback into roadmap and enablement initiatives.
