Legora is looking for a seasoned professional to lead People programs as part of their rapid expansion. The successful candidate will design and manage onboarding processes, build performance frameworks, and develop manager programs for a growing workforce in various locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing onboarding and performance frameworks for scaling businesses.
• History of managing and developing People professionals.
• Experience navigating new employment laws and employee experience challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding end-to-end for a fast-scaling team across multiple time zones.
• Build and run performance framework, working with HR to maintain consistency.
• Design manager development programs to enhance management capability across functions.
• Lead People program workstream during market expansion, focusing on onboarding localization.
• Partner with People Tech to design processes supporting the programs.
