Kong is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to support Enterprise & Strategic accounts in the Nordic region. You will align with the Account Executive team and lead the technical sale cycle, from discovery to production, across the Nordic market.

In this role you will onboard customers, support PoCs, and collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure 100% satisfaction and revenue growth. Experience with API Management and open-source ecosystems is essential.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution engineering experience in SaaS/Open-source/Enterprise software.
• Experience working with Open-source technology.
• Foundational knowledge of API Management & Integration, cloud trends, open-source business models.
• Confident in presenting and leading discussions with executives, product managers and engineers.
• Enthusiasm for working in a high-profile, fast-paced startup culture.

Responsabilidades

• Support field sales to explain value of Kong API Management & Connectivity solutions.
• Grow trusted client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Support PoCs during evaluation processes.
• Onboard and train new customers and identify revenue potential with existing ones.
• Coordinate with support, product, and engineering to prioritize customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Create technical docs for DevOps, implementations, and services engagements.
• Participate in lead generation activities like blogs, webinars, and events.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by manager.
