Sway Sourcing is seeking a Senior Service Owner to drive strategic service development and commercialization of connected digital services in a global setting. You will work with international stakeholders to shape scalable service concepts and pricing models.

You will lead market analyses, build business cases, and partner with product teams to enable GTM execution while improving service lifecycle processes.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Service Management or business development.
• Experience with service contracts and lifecycle management.
• Experience with market analysis and business case development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of scalable service contract concepts.
• Conduct market analysis and develop business cases.
• Define commercial models and pricing strategies.
• Develop and improve monitoring processes for connected products.
• Drive go-to-market activities and commercialization of digital services.
• Create sales enablement and marketing material.
• Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and international teams.
• Drive continuous improvements and support successful market adoption.
