• Shape and continuously evolve the product strategy for the platform and its global adoption.
• Translate strategy into a multi-year roadmap balancing platform evolution, migration and legacy phase-out.
• Define outcomes and priorities across teams, markets and dependencies.
• Lead cross-team execution and manage critical dependencies and risks.
• Drive adoption of the platform across a global, multi-market environment.
• Coordinate readiness of products, markets and organizational dependencies.
