Job summary

NCC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality management on a major construction project in Sweden. You will act as the daily point of contact for all quality matters and collaborate with production teams to ensure the management system is used effectively to improve project performance.

The role requires 8–10 years in construction with proven quality management and audit experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience implementing and monitoring quality management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes from design to handover.
• Experience conducting internal and external quality audits.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project's Quality Manager and primary point of contact for all quality matters.
• Guide project teams in applying NCC's quality processes and governing documents.
• Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Coach colleagues in stakeholder management and quality best practices.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.
• Develop, maintain and implement quality documentation and procedures.
• Prepare and lead internal and external quality audits, including follow-up actions and reporting.
