Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Sweden seeks a Senior Technical Sales Manager to grow the Power Conversion Solutions business across the European data center market.

You will work with hyperscalers, colocation providers and EPCs to identify opportunities and position innovative solutions that address complex technical challenges. You will lead technical and commercial discussions, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and support tendering, proposals and negotiations to win strategic projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in the power or energy tech sector.
• Proven track record in selling complex high-value solutions.
• Experience with data centers or critical power infrastructure.
• Ability to build senior-level relationships with customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization.
• Understanding of power conversion technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth of Power Conversion Solutions within the European data center market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with data center developers, operators, consultants, EPC contractors and key end users.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted accounts and strategic projects.
• Lead technical and commercial customer discussions throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Support tendering activities, commercial proposals, contract negotiations and bid strategies.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver against sales, profitability and business growth targets while contributing to the long-term strategy of the business.
