Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
Proven experience in application engineering, business development or lead engineering within the industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Application Engineers across global teams.
Coordinate and plan business development and pre-tender activities to optimize technology solution positioning.
Engage early with customers to understand needs and explore opportunities.
Shape optimized, cost-effective solutions across Power Conversion, Power Quality Industry and Grid Connection portfolios.
Represent Application Engineering in cross-functional teams to ensure integration and stakeholder alignment.
Build long-term stakeholder relationships to support market growth and GPQSS strategy.
Guide teams and coordinate complex technical inputs across the business development and sales cycle.
Manage risks, issues, and changes with clear communication and mitigation strategies.
