Job summary

Vertiv in Sweden seeks an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive growth in the Power business, focusing on electrical power distribution solutions for data centres and mission-critical applications.

The role blends technical acumen with commercial development, working with sales teams and customers to design scalable power infrastructure from grid connection to low-voltage systems, including switchgear, busbar, UPS and protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong experience in electrical power distribution, technical sales, or related field.
• Experience translating technical requirements into customer-focused solutions.
• Willingness to travel across the region as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities across the electrical power distribution portfolio.
• Engage with customers to understand power requirements and future infrastructure needs.
• Develop technically and commercially appropriate solutions using MV/LV switchgear, busbar, UPS, protection and automation, and prefabricated power solutions.
• Provide technical guidance through the sales process from initial discussions to proposal and solution development.
• Review RFQs and tender requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, proposals and customer workshops.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and manufacturing teams to ensure viability and alignment with Vertiv capabilities.
• Act as a technical link between regional Sales teams and the Power Line of Business.
