Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Ludvika, Sweden, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in HVDC projects. You will align with the sales team, manage key accounts, and develop new business while leveraging technical knowledge of our transformer components.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Swedish is a plus. You will coordinate with OEM and end customers worldwide, handle tenders, and contribute to budget and forecast efforts in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in technical sales within HVDC or Hitachi portfolio is required.
• Electrical engineering background is preferred with strong technical aptitude.
• Fluent English required; Swedish language is a bonus.
• Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate, and manage large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales for HVDC projects and drive revenue growth.
• Own tender processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and end customers globally.
• Collaborate on R&D activities related to product portfolio.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and market trends for proactive planning.
• Promote Hitachi Energy products to OEMs and end customers.
• Ensure safe, compliant execution in a multinational environment.
• Represent Hitachi Energy values in all stakeholder interactions.
