• Build, test and deploy high-quality features with a focus on performance, security and maintainability.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and drive solutions from idea to implementation.
• Mentor engineers through knowledge sharing, feedback and technical guidance.
• Contribute to technical decisions, architecture and engineering practices.
• Proactively improve reliability, performance and developer experience.
