Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Java, with hands-on development of RESTful services using Spring Boot or Go.
• Hands-on experience building event-driven systems and integrations.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Practical experience with Postgres, MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server for data modeling, querying and optimisation.
• Curiosity and experience with system design and development in the PLM ecosystem Optiva from Infor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: active listening, coaching and facilitation.
• Clear, structured communication with both in-house and offshore teams.
• Deep understanding of IKEA’s core values and cultural principles.
