Job summary

IKEA Gruppe is hiring a Software Engineer in Malmö, Sweden, to contribute as both a developer and Scrum Master. You will support agile team dynamics and drive product development for the home furnishing business, fostering communication within an international team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Java with RESTful services using Spring Boot.
• Experience managing teams using Scrum methodologies, Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services for application deployment.
• Building event-driven systems and integrations.
• Experience with MySQL and MSSQL for data modeling and optimization.
• Curiosity in system design within the PLM ecosystem Optiva from Infor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage everyday business for the software development team as Scrum Master.
• Contribute technically to product development.
• Ensure Scrum ceremonies are honored.
