Qualifications

• Proven experience in modern software engineering principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of architecture concepts and frameworks (TOGAF or similar).
• Experience governing digital product architecture across teams or product areas.
• Experience mentoring and leading engineers in complex technical environments.
• Ability to navigate complex business and technology landscapes.
• Experience driving technical and architectural priorities across teams.
• Take ownership of a defined technical or product area and evolve it.
• Identify opportunities and improvements independently.
• Define and drive technical vision and roadmaps within your area.

Responsibilities

• Align engineering initiatives and best practices across multiple teams within a product area
• Govern architecture design and refactoring in line with enterprise guidelines
• Support teams with technical decision-making, design patterns and platform usage
• Drive technical improvements to increase reliability, performance and efficiency
• Act as an ambassador for software engineering and security best practices
