Job summary

Fujitsu Sweden is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow the Microsoft Dynamics 365, Data and AI team. You will drive end-to-end sales from opportunity to implementation, building long-term customer partnerships and shaping the solution with business value in mind.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop compelling business cases, and manage complex commercial discussions to deliver transforming outcomes for customers within ERP, CRM and Data & AI.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and experience in complex, consultative solution sales.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into business value and develop compelling business cases.
• Experience owning end-to-end customer commitments from opportunity to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales and business development process from opportunity to implementation.
• Develop and sell end-to-end solutions combining technology, consulting, and managed services.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams around each opportunity including partners and customers.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and manage risks and objections throughout the journey.
