InventYou is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager / IT Project Leader to drive the IT delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations across multiple business units. You will bridge IT and business stakeholders, manage configuration, data migration, integrations and hypercare, and lead a global squad of consultants.

You will coordinate dependencies, track risks, ensure timely delivery, and align technical work with business requirements.

Qualificações

Proven experience leading end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.
Strong PM skills with global cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle.
Experience coordinating IT and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

Lead IT delivery of D365 F&O across multiple business units.
Plan and execute configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover.
Lead a squad of D365 functional and technical consultants.
Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business requirements.
Act as IT counterpart to business project managers for process changes.
Coordinate dependencies with design, development, integration teams, banks, localisation packs, ISVs.
Document and manage market-specific configurations and deviations.
Monitor progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager / IT Project Leader to lead the IT delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations across multiple business units. You will ensure successful and timely delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle, acting as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the IT delivery of D365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementation projects across multiple business units
Plan and execute implementation activities, including configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover
Lead a squad of D365 functional and technical consultants
Ensure alignment between technical delivery, business requirements and the overall project plan
Act as the primary IT counterpart to business project managers responsible for process implementation and change management
Coordinate and follow up on dependencies with solution design, development and integration teams, as well as banks, localisation packs and external ISVs
Document and manage market-specific configurations and deviations from the standard blueprint
Monitor progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery

Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations
Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience working with global, cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases
Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders, including business, IT and external vendors
Knowledge of integrations, data migration strategies and ERP architecture
Experience working in complex environments with multiple dependencies
Ability to combine technical understanding with business acumen
Proactive approach to managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English
