Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization
- Proven stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience
- Experience with Power Platform and Azure is preferred
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and act as a Proxy Product Owner when required.
- Advise business stakeholders on solution approaches that align with business objectives.
- Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams; ensure clear communication.
