Job summary

Justera Group in Södertälje, Sweden, is seeking an experienced IT Project Leader / Implementation Manager to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain projects in a complex, international setting. You will coordinate IT deliveries, lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely, quality delivery across multiple business units.

The role demands deep ERP implementation experience, strong risk and dependency management, and the ability to bridge business

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
• Strong IT project management and implementation leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases.
• Experience coordinating global cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of ERP system integrations, data migration and solution architecture.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, planning and risk management skills.
• Ability to work independently in complex IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT delivery activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
• Plan and coordinate system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing and handover.
• Lead and coordinate a team of D365 functional and technical consultants.
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements with project timelines.
• Work closely with business project managers, implementation managers and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate dependencies with solution design, development, integration teams and external vendors.
• Manage localisation requirements and deviations from the standard blueprint.
• Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
