Job summary

Marsh in Sweden is seeking a Senior Client Executive to join the Surety Team within Credit Specialties. You will blend analytical insight with client-facing sales to deliver risk solutions for larger corporates, international clients and banks.

You will collaborate with Surety providers and internal teams, travel regularly across the Nordic region and occasionally to other markets, and contribute to growth while upholding Marsh's global standards and client service culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving prospecting and new sales.
• Financial analysis skills to identify opportunities.
• Experience with trade finance tools offered by banks.
• Excellent English communication for international environment.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive prospecting and identify potential clients, building strong pipelines.
• Present tailored Surety solutions and negotiate terms with markets.
• Develop relationships with Surety providers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
• Travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events in the Nordic region.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and explore cross-selling.
