Job summary

Marsh in Stockholm seeks an organized Associate Client Executive to support brokers, clients and internal partners across the client lifecycle. You will manage renewals, prepare client presentations, and maintain accurate policy documentation with a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in insurance broking, client service, account management, or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be involved as an insurance broker in day-to-day client management: attend and prepare for client meetings, follow up on actions, and help deliver presentations and reports.
• Manage renewals and insurance placement processes for clients, working with brokers and market contacts.
• Maintain and update client records and policy documentation in the client portal and internal systems; ensure documentation is controlled and delivered to clients.
