Job summary

CACEIS Sweden in Stockholm is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth across Sweden and the wider Nordic and Baltic markets. You will identify new clients, build long-term relationships and promote our asset servicing solutions, collaborating with internal teams across the group.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in relevant financial services, strong client-facing and negotiation skills, and fluency in English plus at least one Scandinavian language.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in asset servicing, asset management or related financial services.
• Strong experience in client relationship management, business development and/or institutional sales.
• Good knowledge of the asset servicing sector and wider financial services market.
• Experience in Swedish market and local network is advantageous; Nordic exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language; French is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities across Swedish, Nordic and Baltic markets.
• Developing and executing commercial strategies to acquire new clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with asset managers, institutional investors, pension funds, banks and insurers.
• Presenting services and conducting commercial negotiations with prospective clients.
• Coordinating RFP responses and preparing commercial proposals and agreements.
• Onboarding new client relationships and assessing client risks and KYC completeness.
• Monitoring markets and identifying relevant market developments and opportunities.
• Representing CACEIS externally at client meetings and industry events.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders through sales and onboarding processes.
